Johnson Controls Named to TIME’s Inaugural World's Best Companies List

Johnson Controls has been named to TIME’s World's Best Companies 2023 list. In this inaugural list, conducted in partnership with Statista, a leading international provider of market and consumer data and rankings, TIME named 750 companies forging the path into the future. The study was based on three primary dimensions: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability (ESG).

TIME surveyed 150,000 participants across 58 countries regarding their company’s image, atmosphere, working conditions, salary and equality. Companies that demonstrated positive revenue growth from 2020 to 2022 were considered, and multiple key performance indicators such as sustainable solutions, people and communities were incorporated.
