Johnson Controls Named to Forbes Best Employers for New Grads 2024

Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, has been named to the Forbes 2024 list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads.

“Johnson Controls operates on the belief that our people are what makes our company special. We are powered by their talent and our employees are the reason we are the industry leader in smart and sustainable buildings,” said Rajesh Ahuja, Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Johnson Controls. “Being named a best employer for new graduates reinforces our efforts and investment and solidifies our reputation as an employer of choice for the next generation.”

To compile this seventh annual ranking, Forbes partnered with Statista and surveyed more than 100,000 young professionals with less than 10 years of work experience, working for companies with at least 1,000 employees in the United States. Respondents were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others, and to rate it in areas including compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, working conditions, flexibility, company image, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Ultimately, each company received a score, and the 400 organizations with the highest scores made the list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2024
