Johnson Controls named to 2026 Best Companies for the Future List

Johnson Controls was named to the Wall Street Journal’s inaugural list of the 2026 Best Companies for the Future. The list evaluates how large corporations stack up related to AI readiness, innovation, talent readiness, financial fitness, resilience and agility. Companies listed on the S&P 500 were scored based on 30 indicators. Of note, Johnson Controls ranked in the top 10% for AI readiness, reflecting the value the OpenBlue AI-powered digital ecosystem has provided to customers and the company’s results in leveraging AI internally.
