Johnson Controls featured in Global Deloitte Sustainability Report
Business leaders increasingly view sustainability as a driver of growth, resilience, and competitive advantage, according to Deloitte's latest Global C-Suite Sustainability Report.
Based on a survey of more than 2,100 C-suite executives across 29 countries, the report found that 83% believe sustainability initiatives strengthen their organization's competitive position. Three quarters of companies increased sustainability investments in the past year and said those investments delivered greater financial returns than other business investments.
The report features insights from Katie McGinty, Vice President, Chief Sustainability & External Relations Officer at Johnson Controls.
"Customers aren't asking whether sustainability matters. They are asking how to make progress in ways that support their business goals, manage energy demands, and create lasting value,” McGinty said.
The findings reflect trends Johnson Controls sees across data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and other critical environments, where organizations are increasingly seeking solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational resilience.
As companies navigate rising energy demand and increasingly complex operating environments, the report highlights a growing focus on technologies and strategies that can deliver measurable results today while supporting long-term goals.
