Johnson Controls was named to Yello's Top 100 Internship Programs for the fourth year. This list honors programs across the United States for excellence in professional development, intern engagement, company culture, career opportunities, and innovative program design. This recognition reflects Johnson Controls' commitment to developing the next generation of innovators, engineers and business leaders who will help customers solve some of the world's most complex challenges—from powering AI-driven infrastructure to advancing manufacturing, healthcare and other mission-critical environments.

This year, Johnson Controls welcomed 160 interns from a pool of nearly 12,000 applicants across North America. Interns are working in 27 locations across 18 business disciplines including Engineering, Software Development, Finance, Legal, Communications, IT and more. Through meaningful projects and hands-on experience, the Future Leaders Program provides mentorship and real-world challenges that require collaboration, creativity and innovative thinking; while preparing interns for long-term success.

"Interns at Johnson Controls are given real business challenges and asked to find innovative solutions, developing their creativity and problem-solving skills while creating meaningful value for their teams," Zach Whitman, Supervisor of the Future Leadership Program. "The opportunity to contribute real impact while gaining exposure across the business is what prepares interns for long-term success."

For students seeking hands-on, meaningful work and the opportunity to contribute to some of the world's most important infrastructure projects, the Johnson Controls Future Leaders Program offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow and make an impact from day one.
