Intelligent buildings utilize an ecosystem of connected technology to anticipate the changing needs of your business operating environment, workspaces, and occupants to enhance comfort, security, sustainability, and efficiency. To achieve these outcomes at speed and scale, and without interruption, building technologies must be designed, developed, and deployed securely, and supported throughout their lifecycle.

“Cybersecurity involves manufacturers, integrators, and facility operators collectively working together to secure building technologies across their lifecycle, and at every level of the technology stack.”

“Cybersecurity involves manufacturers, integrators, and facility operators collectively working together to secure building technologies across their lifecycle, and at every level of the technology stack,” says Jason Christman, vice president and chief product security officer. As with any production environment, ongoing information sharing relationships and continuous risk management are important components of a facility’s security approach.
