Building digitalization
More and more, customers want to digitally transform their buildings so they can optimize their spaces, reduce energy, engage occupants and increase security. As a leader in the transformation of buildings, Johnson Controls is constantly innovating -- guiding customers to a smarter future.
Built on Microsoft Azure IoT and Microsoft IoT Edge services, the Johnson Controls Digital Vault centralizes the data of the built environment from OT and IT data sources. Everything inside or associated with a building can be ingested into the platform. Digital Vault enables various use cases such as AI-enabled converged security, predictive asset maintenance, energy-optimized equipment and more.
Once the data is ingested, a Johnson Controls “active digital twin” is developed which behaves as a compute agent, capable of communicating with other twins to update, learn and predict.
Learn about how we are applying these AI concepts into the Office of the Future at the headquarters of Bee’ah, a sustainability pioneer in the United Arab Emirates.
