Johnson Controls Chairman and CEO George Oliver participated in a moderator-led panel, “New Skills for the New Collar Worker,” which was hosted by Infosys at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Jan. 21, 2020. The panel of business leaders, academics and policy makers explored disruptive ways of recruiting, training and retaining talent in the digital age. It focused on innovative approaches that enable career-readiness amongst diverse talent populations, emerging roles in the digital economy, and highlight policy shifts that support successful execution of these frameworks.
